What’s Included
A careful visual inspection of safely and reasonably accessible areas.
Roof Exterior & High-Level Areas
A drone may be used where it can be operated safely and lawfully. Where drone use is not possible, an elevated pole camera may be used where practical.
Roof Space
Visible framing, insulation and signs of deterioration where safe access is available.
Interior
Visible condition of internal rooms and finishes, including accessible doors, windows and cabinetry, with limited operational checks of lights, taps, wastes and sanitary fixtures.
Subfloor
Visible structure, ground conditions and ventilation where safe access is available.
Site & Drainage
General site conditions, accessible paths and visible drainage components.
Visible Services
General visual observations of readily visible services. Specialist electrical, plumbing, gas and drainage testing or certification is not included.
Garages & Carports
Included and assessed to the same visual, non-invasive standard where applicable.
