What You’ll Be Asked
- Choose the inspection size and pricing band
- Choose an available date
- Enter your name, email address and phone number
- Select whether you are an individual/private client or a business/trade client
- Acknowledge that the appropriate Property Inspection Agreement must be completed
- Pay securely online and receive confirmation
- Open the correct Adobe agreement from your confirmation email
- Complete the property and access details in the agreement
- Electronically sign and submit the agreement before the inspection
Your confirmation email will include secure links to the individual and business agreements. Complete only the agreement matching your selected client type. The inspection cannot proceed until Gulf Building Reports has received the completed agreement.
Payment & timing
Secure Online Payment
Full payment is required when booking and is processed securely through Acuity and Stripe.
Your inspection date is confirmed once the online payment has been successfully completed.
Reports are generally issued within 1–2 business days of the inspection, subject to workload and inspection complexity.
